There is free dedicated Wi-Fi in the unit, and it is walking distance to downtown shopping and dining. No BBQ grill. No smoking or pets, please. Second floor - stairs required. Great place to stay! Very clean & cozy. No A/C (being from the Texas coast I am used to A/C, but the fans worked out). The balcony overlooked the Fall river, loved sitting out there drinking my coffee & listening to the birds). Very convenient to get around town from here, walking distance to the shuttle & town and only 3 miles from the Fall River Entrance station to Rocky Mountain National Park. Would stay here again!!

Great property just outside of RNP. Location was quiet yet within walking distance of the Estes Park main street for shopping. Deck overlooking the river was a nice place to relax & unwind.

This condo was cuter than the pictures show. We found it cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. We had a glitch with the heat on our first night but an extra blanket kept us warm. The issue was taken care of while we were out exploring RMNP the next day.
