Fabulous studio apartment and great host. 10/10

Fantastic studio apartment with everything you could need, in a great location with wonderful balcony and view. Plenty of space. The welcome snacks and bottle of wine were a very thoughtful addition to an already perfect place. Host very quick to reply to queries. Information about check-in and directions to property very clear. There is a good pizzeria on the ground floor and lovely Austrian restaurant a few metres away on the corner of the street if you don't want to cook. Cooking facilities very good. Everything provided including bathroom and kitchen soap, plenty of toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs, washing liquid and fabric conditioner, coffee maker and coffee pods, herbs and spices ... amazing! Comfortable bed. Pillows would be the only thing I'd change (but that's personal preference). 10/10

Perfect. It was the best appartement which we have ever stayed at.

We were fully satisfied with everything. Clean and fully equipped appartement with a nice view of the mountains and the ski slope. It is situated near the center and the cross-country tracks. The ski slope is not so far either. Perfect communication with the owner. I would highly recommend staying there.

Cosy and warm studio

I just wanted to take a moment to share how absolutely amazing the studio is! Seriously, I can’t get over how great everything looks and feels. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place has been designed to have a good time and comfort. What about the facilities! We’ve got everything we could possibly need right at our fingertips; I’m still amazed by all the quality appliances available for us to use. Also, I would like to mention how friendly it was the host, and I appreciated that she always has been really helpful and creates such a positive vibe throughout.

Good, nice, all fine. Had a perfect stay. One to remember. Also for summertime.

Own parking place inside, Nice apartment with everything you need. Everything well explained. Dry room for skies/ snowboard and shoes place with heater for drying. Bed/bedroom/kitchen all clean. Sauna in the same building for use. Ski lift walkable, with bus or by car. Place enough nearby. Nice shops. Nice view on the balcony towards the ski/snowboard slopes. Direct connection with lifts towards the Kaprun Glacier (small hour of travel, with beautiful scenery). Apartment also usable for summertime.

Everything would be great but the sauna experience left us disappointed.

The host was very pleasant and helpful at our arrival and during the time of leaving. We liked the location, that it was quite close to the centre, shops and restaurants and also the ski lifts.

We have chosen this particular ski resort and accommodation mainly because of sauna. The description on booking.com add was misleading and gave us false expectation that the sauna was part of the apartment which it wasn't. It was in the common areas and it was closed so we had to use other paid, distant facility in the village.

Superb

Very cozy and nice apartment. We had a big terrace with a very beautiful view. Everything is neat, bed is comfy, quiet, has coffee machine. Host is very nice and understanding. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend.

Een heerlijk verblijf in de Oostenrijkste bergen!

Het is een hele fijne accommodatie dichtbij het centrum van Kaprun. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en super schoon. Het contact met Birgit (de host) was erg fijn. Zij is goed bereikbaar en staat de gasten altijd netjes te woord Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf en komen graag terug.

Fantastique séjour à Kaprun

Appartement à 10 min du centre ville, spacieux, avec un balcon et une petite cuisine, parfait pour un camp de base pour explorer Kaprun. L'hôte Birgit est très gentille et serviable. L'immeuble dispose d'un sauna.

Zeker het overwegen waard als je in deze omgeving dingen wilt bezichtigen

Het is geen ruim appartement maar perfect ingericht. Schoon en perfect gesitueerd om alle bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te ontdekken. Op loopafstand van een supermarkt die goed geoutilleerd is en waar je alle benodigdheden kunt kopen. In het appartement zijn ook de nodige spullen aanwezig zoals kruiden, hygiëne artikelen etc. Wat wij ook zeer konden waarderen waren de welkomstgeschenken zoals een flesje wijn, wat zoutjes en een lekker koekje voor bij de koffie. Eveneens was het heerlijk dat je gratis gebruik kon maken van het openbaar vervoer dmv de gratis gastenkaart.

Het was erg gehorig

Прекрасно студио - Бихме посетили отново

Студиото е много добре поддържано, топло и уютно. Кухненската част е оборудвана с всичко необходимо , включително пералня, съдомиялна и кафе машина - имаше дори и капсули! Матраците и възглавниците са удобни. Намира се съвсем близо до центъра и си има собствено паркомясто в подземен гараж на сградата. Домакинята също е много учтива и готова да помогне във всеки момент. Препоръчваме го.

Bett sehr bequem; Gastgeberin sehr hilfreich und immer erreichbar. Genügend Utensilien in der Küche, wunderbare Terrasse (besonders für den Sommer). Beheiztes Skiraum, wo fie Skischuhe trocknen können.

Für uns war das gar kein Problem, aber wenn jemand nicht Treppen gehen kann, muss man wissen, dass es kein Lift gibt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, also ein Stockwerk Treppen.

Das Apartment hatte alles, was man für einen kleinen Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Wir waren zum Ski fahren da und haben uns sehr über die Möglichkeit gefreut, dass es eine Sauna zur freien Benutzung gab, sowie einen Skiraum, für unsere Ausrüstung. Das Bett war groß, gemütlich und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietern im Vorfeld lief Problemlos und sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar (obwohl sie selbst im Urlaub war).

Lyže a odpolendí relax na terase.

Předání klíčů přes schránku a informace o Birgit super. Víno, čokoládky a kávové kapsle potěšily. V ceně je parkování ve společné garáži pod domem s vyhrazeným místem. K dispozici i lyžárna s vyhříváním na boty. Celkově velice klidné místo a úžasná terasa s výhledem Apartmán je perfektně vybaven. Nechybí mikrovlnka, myčka, kávovar, ale i základní koření či fólie. Jen pozor, že kávovar už není na kapsle Dolce gusto, ale na Cafesimo od Tchiba. Nebyl problém si další koupit v supermarketu. Neprůhledné závěsy, taky paráda. Podlahové topení není praktické na sušení, ale dokáže vytopit apartmán velice rychle. Byť je pod domem restaurace, tak hluk ani jakýkoliv zápach nebyl znát. Restauraci teda doporučit nemohu, protože jejich pizza je slabý průměr. Na sjezdovku se dá dojít nebo jet autobusem, ale autem je to 4 min pohodlnější. V domě se spolčná sauna, ale nevyužili jsme ji.

Regulace topení byla jen v koupelně. Do půlnoci by mohlo být v pokoji větší teplo, po půlnoci by naopak byla lepší nižší teplota.
