I love the apartment. I felt comfortable and safe. the apartment was clean and taken care of. I enjoyed the quietness. The p[lace felt like home. There was all needed supplies available such has dishes, toiletries, shower supplies. The coffee pot and coffee was a bonus!!!
The bed I slept on was two box springs and a thin foam matress pad and this is the one complaint I have as it was not comfortable at all. Every time I moved the made made noises.

The place was very clean. The place was comfortable. The host was super friendly and provided any directions we required for check in or the stay. The place was exactly what we needed.
Sounds silly, but I can only think of one thing. One of the beds was extremely squeaky and made it a little bit difficult to sleep.

Communication with the host was excellent. The place was clean and sufficed for a one night stay after a football game. Location was great.
As it is a basement apartment, we could hear folks upstairs around 6:00. We were 4 adults and the couple with the full bed didn’t have a great night sleep.

Excellent base, perfect for walking to the beautiful campus. Downtown restaurants are also walkable. Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood.
Entry lighting is a little deficient. A motion-activated light might be the solution, but in the meantime you can get by with your phone flashlight.
