Excellent base, perfect for walking to the beautiful campus. Downtown restaurants are also walkable. Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood.
Entry lighting is a little deficient. A motion-activated light might be the solution, but in the meantime you can get by with your phone flashlight.

The furniture and decorations were cute. Loved the dishes, and extra touches like shampoo, earplugs, colored towels, wood floor.
The ceiling was low for two tall people. We bumped our heads on some of the corners. The staircase was tight for tall people also.
