communications with manager were sus.

Absolutely loved the location, was close to everything we needed to be close to, including the subway. Also, I had an issue with my Zelle account receiving back my security deposit. The owner was very patient with me as I worked it out with my bank and then finally was able to receive money into the account. Owner was very good about responding to emails & texts in a quick manner.

We couldn't figure out the washer/dryer combo unit. We washed some clothes, but had a heck of a time with the dryer portion. We made it work but maybe include some short instructions for people like us who are there for a week or shorter and maybe just doing one or two loads.

The location is fantastic if you enjoy being on the Lower East Side which is one of my neighborhoods of choice. The apartment is nicely furnished and exceedingly quiet which is lovely. Comfortable beds and a good small LR with an Apple TV which was great. The apartment is air conditioned however the A/Cs are a bit quirky and at times have a mind of their own. Three of us were here for a few days and very happy and comfortable.

The front door of the apartment is operated by an app which means that you live in fear of your phone dying and not being able to get in the apartment if you're out all day. The app works fine but is a little tricky to set up as you will need the numeric code which is sent to the owner's phone and that was a bit frustrating. The bathroom is beautifully finished however the bathroom sink is lilliputian. I could hardly wash one hand at a time in it so we all used the kitchen sink for face washing etc. The other thing to know is that this is a second floor walk up. This was not problematic for us but could be for others and I was unaware when I booked our stay.

door code system was easy but if any delivery or guest are coming, you can not buzz them in from the apt, the buzzer rings to someone else/ owner or agent and they buzz your guest in. not ideal b/c they missed a few food deliveries, that I had to walk down to get.

not enough dishwater, glasses, or mugs, cups to use more than one for 2-3 guest
