VILLA IMELDA

The view is absolutely amazing from the house porch, the whole gulf is open and looking on the sea every morning and every evenning is just amazing. The House is huge, room for at least 8 to sleep, it has everything you can think of. The host was very helpfull and came right over with every issue even late at night. The check-in was easy and he met us in the village to take us there.

The kitchen has severe electric problem which needed to use a different electric cable for the oven, it took the entire electricity out in the middle of the night. We also couldn't use the electric pot and the oven at the same time. The host said he will take care of it after our leave as it is difficult to find someone to come on short notice. The Kitchen is very small. There is a tiny fridge in the kitchen and another big one in the lower floor. Tons of mosquitos around the house made it almost impossible to sit outside without a fan on you. The parking is very difficult to reach due to a very steep climb, we got a flat tyre after going it once and then left the car down in a near parking which was always available (150 meters from there). The AC was only in the bedrooms and not in the living room, in August time it gets very hot and we had to sit in front of a fan in the hot summer days when we weren't on the beach.

Excellent in every sense of the word. Nice roomy house and property with a great view over the Pagasetic gulf and the beach. Several seating areas in the garden and on the terrace so there is always shade and sun available. Three bedrooms all with their own bathroom and separate access. Every thing you could possibly need is available in the house. A short walk to get to the beach (only minutes). 10 minute walk to the village square. Aside from the house, Afissos is a nice quiet town located centrally in Pilion, an excellent base to explore the peninsula by car or hiking.
