Local tranquilo é um condomínio fechado. Tem piscina e portaria. O condomínio tem um acesso lateral que sai mais próximo ao caminho da praia. Ainda é possível acessar a "ciclovia" por esta saída lateral do condomínio.

O apartamento é muito bom e bem espaçoso. Estava muito bem equipado e apropriado para uma estada longa. Eu fiquei somente 3 dias. Estava com muita bagagem e havia escadas para acessar ao apartamento. A praia em Imbassaí fica a uma caminhada de uns 600 metros aproximadamente.
Achei o mar em Imbassaí bastante agitado, pelo menos nos dias em que estive por lá. Também os valores para uso das barracas é bastante elevado e nos meses de férias o estacionamento é difícil. Melhor ir caminhando.
