About this house rental
The exterior accommodation offers a lovely terrace with a splendid sea view and direct access to the sandy beach.
The terrace (partly covered) is furnished with a dining table, sun loungers and barbecue.
In front of the terrace, on the sand, there is a sandy garden of succulents and flowerbeds.
There is also an outdoor shower.
Private parking.
Inside
The apartment, with new and modern furnishings, offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
It is distributed on two levels and the first floor is characterized by a sloping roof whose maximum height is 2 meters. The staircase connecting the two levels is very steep and is not suitable for people with walking problems.
On the ground floor there is the living area and a sleeping area.
The living room kitchen opens onto the terrace facing the sea and is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and TV.
One bedroom with double bed and TV.
A bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a second double bedroom with attached bathroom with shower.
The room enjoys a beautiful sea view.
Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Im grossen und ganzen war es eine schöne Zeit. Das Meer vor der Nase kompensiert die lauten Nachbarn (zum Glück nur in der ersten Woche) und ein verschlafenes Dörfchen ohne jeglichen Charme. Man muss schon nach Punta Secca oder Marina di Ragusa um ein bisschen Leben zu spüren. Dem Haus würde ein Tisch mit Stühlen (drinnen) oder eine kleine Couch gut tun, geht aber nicht da der Platz sehr knapp bemessen ist. Die Treppe ist schon fast ein 90° Winkel... Nur nüchtern begehbar 🤣. Küche gut ausgestattet. Dafür hatten wir nur zwei Liegestühle ohne Matratzen, war nicht so bequem.
Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, Kommunikation über whatsapp funktionierte gut.

Amaryllis ist traumhaft gelegen, genau wie beschrieben, die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren stets hilfsbereit und superfreundlich, alles sauber und tip top. Aber dann: Amaryllis ist Teil des grösseren Hauses Amelia. Am 2.Tag checkten dort Gäste ein und obwohl diese sich nicht sonderlich laut oder unangebracht verhielten war es vorbei mit der himmlischen Ruhe. Sassen diese z.B. auf ihrer Terrasse haben wir jedes Wort verstanden, vor allem nachts. Ich denke, man kann diese beiden Unterkünfte nicht gleichzeitig an Menschen vermieten, die sich nicht kennen. Nach 5 Tagen reisten die Nachbarn zum Glück wieder ab und wir haben den Rest der Zeit wirklich genossen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach only a couple of meters away having a wonderful view over the dunes and the sea. The apartment was very nice and was completely according to the advertisement … simply had a great stay !
