The residence La Pointe du Soleil is ideally located in Gironde, at La Pointe du Médoc (The Medoc’s Pit). It’s at 1 km of the city center and it’s stores, at 1,5 km of the very familial Chambrette beach on the estuary and at 3 km of the ocean beaches, with on one hand the textile beach, and on the other hand the naturist beach.
Verdon-sur-Mer has two harbours including a marina with 800 rings, starting point to Cordouan’s lighthouse, and on the other side of the estuary the Royannaise coasts, the Merschers’ cave house, Talmon on Gironde.
Forest, cycle path, walk on the edge of Atlantic Ocean and the discovery of the Medoc land will make your sojourn unforgettable!
By taking the ferry at Point de Grave, you can also visit Royan and it’s 50’ architecture, your children will also enjoy the visit to the Plamyre Zoo, right next to Royan and accessible by bus!
You can also take the opportunity to visit the nearby seaside resort, Soulac-sur-Mer, or discover all the riches of the Gironde estuary.
Beach, forest on foot or by bike, bikes that you can rent at the reception, or even lazing by the swimming pool of the residence during the day, free wi-fi utilisation and on the swimming pool patio.
