All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Property was great for the four of us(2 adults, 12 year old, and 1 year old. So close to the beach. First floor access was ideal as the elevators can take a long time.

The condo is quaint but perfect for two adults. Everything was clean and adorable and check in and out were super easy. I imagine the space would be a little tight with little ones, but it was just enough space for the two of us for a few days.

This tiny unit is good for 1 - 2 people. Adding one more person, older than 10 years old makes it very tight and cluttered. The bunk beds are very narrow and short (only for a small kid) - smaller than regular size bunk beds.
This unit has persistent plumbing issues - would take at least 25 minutes to refill a toilet tank. Management refused to take care of the problem, stating that it was difficult to make an appointment with a plumber.
