Would definitely recommend for a longer stay - place had everything necessary, cute outdoors area. Would be suitable for stay with kids or two couples, kitchen equipped with everything necessary. Still super central - 5 min walk to ferry, nearby beach, restaurants, supermarket. It’s not glamorous but really cozy, authentic and brilliant value for money. We loved it there.

Very enjoyable stay, This place was a great surprise during our trip. the hostess was very friendly.

AMAZING PLACE!!! We have a great stay, with the piano as a surprise, the lovely garden used for breakfast. We enjoyed very much our stay and for sure would come back again. Beds were ok, shower was ok as well, place is very spacious for 4 people.

Superb

The location was great. Right on the shore. Next to all the restaurants and the port. Very nice host too. Helpful and reachable. 20% discount on boat and bicycle hire. We unfortunately didn't hire anything because the weather was pretty bad on the weekend we were there. Big kitchen with all the amenities (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, but fridge and freezer and two big comfortable rooms. Also a huge garden with a grill and comfortable chairs. Such a perfect place.

Nothing actually. We had a problem with the lock for the front door, but the host did tell us beforehand and their locksmith didn't arrive on time. But I don't think this should be an issue for future guests.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, Silvia war super nett und hat gleich reagiert.

Perfekte Lage, Colico ist toll, das Haus liegt genau am Hafen und 5 min. von Zentrum und Badebereich entfernt. Die Umgebung ist lebhaft, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas mehr Stauraum..

Die Zimmer waren echt ok, typisch italienisch, wenn überhaupt könnte man das Möbel draußen etwas liebevoller gestalten.

Een heel ruim verblijf op de begane grond met een grote tuin vlakbij de haven en het Comomeer. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.

Silvia ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und kompetente Vermieterin, die dadurch dass sie den lokalen Fahrradverleih führt, jederzeit gut erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten alleine schon aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung mit einem separaten Wohnraum gerechnet. Die Wohnung hat aber nur zwei (Schlaf)Zimmer, Küche, Bad

Tolle Lage und freundlicher Gastgeber, aber der laute Straßenlärm hat den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder oder Boote zu einem vergünstigten Preis auszuleihen, was ein tolles Extra war. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der Strandpromenade entfernt. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls sehr gut, mit bequemen Zug- und Busverbindungen in der Nähe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das kostenlose Parken direkt an der Anlage. Die Terrasse war wunderbar, ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen – perfekt zum Entspannen im Freien.

Die Geräuschkulisse war störend – es war laut von der Straße, und es gab oft Straßenfeste bis Mitternacht, die sehr deutlich hörbar waren. Im Fall eines Großrads war es sogar direkt im Zimmer sichtbar. Bessere Fenster zur Geräuschdämmung und eine Klimaanlage gegen die Hitze bei geschlossenen Fenstern wären wünschenswert. Die Ausstattung der Duschkabine war verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere der alte Vorhang, der wenig einladend wirkte. Der Parkplatz war sehr knapp bemessen, insbesondere wenn zwei große Autos dort parken mussten.
