I particularly liked the cleanliness of the place, the reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and the uninterrupted power supply throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.

There has been a noticeable improvement since my last stay, particularly in cleanliness, WiFi (Starlink), kitchen utensils, and the consistency of house cleaning.
Room for improvement regarding bathing water. Not always hot.

Comfortable bed and hot shower. 24 hours security and lights. Closeness to amenities, mall, public transportation, and airport..
Sleeping rooms are less private because of being located on the driveway. Windows lacked curtain lesses. Because of this, one cannot open the curtains to allow fresh air inside without the risk of being noticed by other guests. This made the rooms very hot.

The property is close to the international airport which is very convenient. It is also close to two shopping malls which are within a few minutes waliking distance. The property has Wifi and satellite TV. The owners are close by and on hand to assist with any problems.There is a back up solar power system in place and gas is provided for cooking during power cuts.
The Wifi was a little unreliable due to power issues. The power cuts also affected the hot water supply.
