Clean, comfortable room in downtown State College.

Spacious room with a real kitchen (small full size fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, toaster, sink). No on-site parking, but a parking pass for a parking garage across the street. Nice shower in a roomy bathroom. Right downtown.

No on-site parking, and no free parking, but a pass for a parking garage across the street made for easy in-and-out parking. Not much counter space in the bathroom, so we kept our toiletries on the kitchen counter. We ran out of bath gel in the shower.

Great location for visitors to State College, close to shops, restaurants, and the University

Nicely located in the middle of downtown, convenient to shops and restaurants. Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed! The mini kitchen was a bonus, but we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of it.

The sliding shower doors just kept sliding open during our showers--maybe a simple fix could solve the problem? Their breakfast was not offered because staff didn't show up--was disappointed, but we stopped by Irving's Bagels a few blocks away to grab a bite.

I would only stay here again if there was power to see what the hotel actuallt had to offer

Good location

There’s was a large power outage that no one told us before we arrived, the power to the hotel, no hot water, no nothing. There was no air flow and we were unable to open the windows for air- they have slots to open. The add says there were 2 queen beds, they are not queens, maybe a “hotel queen” but it’s basically a full I thought I read breakfast but not this morning since there’s not power.

Loved the location! It was nice to let my daughters just go and explore around. It’s conveniently located near everything you need for walking. The room was super clean and nice.

The amount of noise we had to deal with from 1:30-3am. I understand it not on staff when customers are not quiet but there was no one around to quiet the drunk loud idiots we dealt with. If they didn’t have access to side doors only and maybe front whom ever was working might have been able to warn them to keep it down.

Price and for the price they should have had free parking at least. The walls needed painting and the wifi advertised as free was limited. Cheaper hotels give move to there customers for free than this place.

Overpriced and disappointing.

Bedroom with very poor cleaning. It was a suite with fridge and dishwasher and they were both dirty, with food stains and grease. Some left over food in the fridge as well. It was hard to convince someone to go and clean it, and even after that the cleaning was not decent. Main front desk (looked like the manager) was demeaning towards my parents and adopted a condescending tone when questioned about a price difference from credit card and booking website. When asked, the other staffed gave different reasons for the price difference observed, so they clearly had no idea why they were charging us more and apparently didn't care also. We were always very polite and nice but didn't receive the same treatment back. They say cleaning is every four days, but in reality, most people don't stay in State College for more than a couple of days, so you have to accept an overpriced experience without cleaning at all. Even the towels were not changed after requesting a simple towel refresh.

Typical 3 Star Hilton w/o Breakfast

Location is the best part about this hotel, otherwise it's just another three star Hilton. You are very close to everything "Penn state" which is really why you would pick this hotel. Very clean, staff was nice and parking was simple as it was across the street.

Free breakfast would be nice as most Hiltons at this level have that.

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. Huge room with comfortable beds and linens.

Communication regarding housekeeping could’ve been better. It’s only upon request and I had called down requesting housekeeping, and they never made it to our room. At least we received fresh towels from the front desk.

I like the facility.

Convenient, room size, shower.

We have stayed there twice in the same room. First time, kitchen area was dirty. This time cleaner. But no toilet paper and the roll on bar was almost empty but folded in a triangle…thought that was funny. The additional bedding in cabinet appears to have been used and just stuffed back in storage bag. Tissues in tissue box appear to be taken from another and stuffed individually into box…weird. Just some housekeeping issues that could be improved on.
