Too expensive for the apartment without sauna and with poor sound isolation

- Location of the place is pretty good - 10 min walk up hill to reach "center" of the village - enough of space in the apartment - apartments have been very clean - decently equipped kitchen

- When we've been choosing the apartment we used filter "SPA" and we saw pictures of apartments with sauna, but at the arrival we realized that our apartments do not have sauna. Yes, we should pay more attention, but the resort and Booking should provide clear information that some apartments do not have sauna - Two rooms (out of 3) in the apartment had sliding doors with very poor sound isolation. It is really problematic when you have 6 people in the apartment - Apartment is in area with bunch of apartments so it would be nice to have some tables with directions (important when you're arriving 1st time) - Resort could provide more information (electronic form before arrival) on the ways to reach ski slopes from the apartments

Even the apartment was beautiful, we were treated really poorly at the reception.

The resort was beautiful, it was newly built.

We asked about the WiFi upfront, as some of us needed to work and they said there is not gonna be any problem with the connection. We were unable to work which was really frustrating. When I went to the reception they said they cannot do anything, and even if I showed the message where they mentioned that the internet connection is perfect, they said I should complain at Booking.com. They also said that the next day a handy man will come, who really came but did nothing. Also founding the buildings was a nightmare. The map what they give doesn't reflect the reality.

Peaceful and beautiful

Nicely equipped spacious apartment with parking garage. The location of our apartment was 5-10 minutes walking distance from the slopes.

It was not cleaned thoroughly after previous guests and dish washer was not working. I was expecting the apartment to be nearer skiing piste, however, this depends on the property, as there are many in this area from the same provider.

Good with the possibility of improvment

Houses are on a idilic location with nice views. There was a garage for all the guests. Spacious apartment.

Floor in the apartment was not cleaned so we had to call the manager who organized cleaning ladies afterwards. Pillows were worst ever. They were too soft, it was like we were sleeping directly on the mattresses. Couch was beige with stain marks from some previous guests. Kitchen is missing some basic equipment like 2-3 pots, pan, potato peeler and similar. Curtains in the bedrooms should be blackout. Would be great if there was a doormat so that we do not enter with snowy and wet shoes to the apartment.

No reception after 16.00

Nice bedrooms

After 16.00 nobody at the reception, and no emergency number. . we forget the key in the house. We have only 1 key....reception not available to help. a local hotel owner made some calls and finally we get assistance . Otherwise we must sleep in a hotel. Still can not believe that nobody answer the Phone after 16.00, that is really strange. Living room to small for 8 people

No basic utilities such as bin bags, hand soap, lighter for the fireplace, etc. The sitting area was relatively small/ insufficient for the capacity of the house.

Nice location, well equipped, nice sauna

Minor inconvenience- just 3 tabs for dishwasher, 2 garbage bags and just a small sample of dishwasher detergent. Ski room on the lowest floor, two levels downstairs.

Great place to stay with the group of friends

Very nice accomodation, great for group of friends. The living room with fireplace is a great place to spend the evenings and sauna was the highlight of the stay.

There could be easier access directly to slope 18, that is very close but the access is bad and we needed to go by car to Kornockbahn instead.

The location is not ideal, long walk up the hil and you need to jump the fence to take the shorter route. We needed to clean when we arrived. It was dirt and garbage under the beds.

With a few small exceptions, this is a great property for a family winter vacation.

Property & amenities are as described. Easy to book. Staff responded promptly to questions before arrival and was helpful during our stay. Easy to reach. We could ski directly to property, since there was plenty of snow, i.e. you could ski on the street :). Nice interior design (exceptions see below). Kitchen appliances & sauna are easy to use. Great ski room & very comfortable temperature in the entire house. All was clean, enough towels & bed linen. Great, comfy common space with dining table, couch, TV, high ceiling. Perfect for our group of 7; 10 might be a bit crowded.

More than one key would have been appreciated for a group up to 10. Same applies for kitchen equipment (only 7 plates, only 3 wine glasses :(. It would be useful to provide enough toilet paper/soap/shampoo/dishwasher liquid for the stay, as we found it annoying to bring everything. Maybe this could be a package to book similar to the bedlinen & towels? I am an architect myself and really like the design w/ two exceptions: 1.The plastic furniture in front of the sauna ruins the entire ambiance. 2.All of us were complaining about the lack of shelves in the bathrooms. Not even a place to put a second roll of toilet paper - this can't cost the world, can it? We missed a 'Brötchen Service' & grocery store in the village.

Lovely house, good location, amazing views but a few details missing to be perfect.

The house was really nice, comfortable and ideal for the 8 of us. The location was ok and you can also ski down from the house to the slopes. I loved wakeing up in the morning and looking at the view of the mountains.

But there are a few things that we didn’t like. We didn’t like that the house had two entries and the other entry which had ski closets and dryers for ski boots was closed, and we had to carry our ski boots and skis from the upper level down two floors and had to clean the wet floors every day. I also don’t understand why the house has two entries because you can’t even enter the second entrance bacause there is no entry from the road and the house is surrounded with fences. The house is not cheap to rent and we received only two rolls of toilet paper for 8 of us for one week. There was also no soap in the bathroom which would be a really nice gesture from the owner and really doesn’t cost them anything. We would buy it ourselves but there are no stores in Turrach. The house is advertised as for 10 people but there are only 8 seats at the dining table. I really don’t want to be picky because the house overall was really nice and we had a wonderful stay.

Good quality in good location.

Be aware, the location is incorrect, the phone number is also invalid. It was a real headache finding out where to go and who to contact. Once we finally reached the house, there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no soap, no dishwasher capsule, missing microwave and no jug of the coffee machine. They were all replaced in a day though, but as they say, there is no second first impression.

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick und guter Lage.

Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama. Die Lage in der Nähe der Schipiste, Loipe und Wanderwege ist als Ausgangspunkt für jeden Wintersport ideal.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider mangelhaft. In einem Apartment für 6 Personen erwarte ich eine entsprechende Anzahl an Besteck, 4 Teelöffel sind zu wenig. Außerdem waren weder Teetassen noch Teekanne vorhanden. Der Fußboden war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht sauber (Staub in Kanten und unter dem Bett).

+ Der Ausblick und die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. + Die Vollständigkeit der Küche. + sehr ruhig - Nachbarn nicht wahrnehmbar + 35m² für 2 pax absolut ausreichend (Appartment 8c)

- Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, jedoch nicht schneegeräumt um sie benutzen zu können. - TV-Programme nur via Stream, was häufiges Stocken des Bildes mit sich brachte. - Piste zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, trotzdem nur 100m Luftlinie entfernt sichtbar - Heizung in der Unterkunft schwierig regelbar - meist zu heiß, Luft sehr trocken - keine Ablage im Bad (obwohl max. 4 pax Belegung möglich wäre!) - Gästemappe nur digital verfügbar. - Stiegen steigen zum/vom Apartment (8c) mit Skischuhen für ungeübte herausfordernd (v.a. wenn nicht geräumt)

Minden összevetve tökéletesen meg voltunk elégedve a szállással, tiszta és alapvetően jól felszerelt

Az apartmanunk elhelyezkedése kiváló volt, gyalog 10p-re a felvonótól. Nagyobbnak tűnt mint amire számítottunk, a szállásadó megkeresésünkre szinte azonnal reagált.

Törölköző tartó egy darab sem volt a fürdőben és a wc-ben sem, a termosztát nehezen állítható, de pár nap alatt sikerült lehűteni az apartmant 30-ról 24fokra.

Apsolutno ništa jer je objekt ispao totalna suprotnost onome što su nudili i što sam očekivao.

Lokacija je loša, udaljena od žice i recepcija se nalazi na 5min vožnje autom od objekta. Nema osiguran parking za sve , moj auto je bio parkiran na ulici nepropisno jer nije osigurano parking mjesto iako su naveli da objekt ima osigurano mjesto, čistoća je bila na do sada najnižoj razini koju sam vidjeo na putovanjima , sve puno prašine i tuđe kose. Wi fi su napisali krive podatke za prijavu , mikrovalna pećnica je izostavljena te su je naknadno dostavili bez svih funkcionalnih djelova tj.neupotrebljivu, recepcija tj voditeljica recepcije je iznimno nekooperativna , bahata i bezobrazna te vam se obraca s imperativom. Sve je zavrsilo tako da sam morao slucaj prijaviti Bookingu , katastrofa je blaga riječ za ono što nudi objekt.

Tolle Unterkunft, aber zu kalt

Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr schön und komfortabel, auch die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt. Die Lage war gut, wir wussten, dass es nicht direkt an der Piste ist.

Es war besonders am Abend ungemütlich kalt im Haus. Von der Hausverwaltung haben wir nur die Info bekommen, dass der Besitzer es so eingestellt hat und man es nicht ändern kann. … und den vorhandenen (Holz-)Ofen durfte man leider nicht verwenden. Geht für den Preis gar nicht.

Prima comfortabel appartement, maar lastig te vinden.

Heel fijn en comfortabel appartement. Erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht op de besneeuwde bergtoppen is adembenemend.

De communicatie/ organisatie kan nog wel wat beter. Omdat wij erg laat zouden aankomen (tussen 22 en 23 uur), stuurde ik een week voor aankomst daarover een bericht. Je krijgt dan een standaard bericht terug dat niet ingaat op jouw mail. Uiteindelijk heb ik wel contact gehad over onze aankomsttijd: omdat er begrijpelijkerwijs niemand meer aanwezig is zo laat, zouden ze voor ons bij de receptie een brief hangen, met daarin instructies hoe bij het appartement te komen. Vervolgens krijg je een mail waarin je online moet inchecken, waarbij je 18 uur als uiterste aankomsttijd kunt invullen. Dat is verwarrend: ik had immers net afgestemd dat we later aankomen. Op onze reisdag zelf werd ik ook nog gebeld door iemand van de locatie met de vraag hoe laat we zouden aankomen. Dat was overigens een heel vriendelijk gesprek. Maar de interne communicatie tussen de medewerkers daar kan duidelijker beter. Wat betreft het ophalen van de brief bij de receptie: ik ging ervan uit dat de sleutel van het appartement bij die brief zou zitten, en dat we daarom eerst naar de receptie moesten rijden om die brief + sleutel op te halen (ervan uitgaande dat men de sleutel niet bij het appartement zelf wilde achterlaten). Maar er zat geen sleutel bij die brief; er stond enkel een code in waarmee je de deur van het appartement kunt openen. Dan vraag ik me af: waarom hebben ze die brief niet gewoon aan mij gemaild? Dan had ik direct naar het apartement kunnen rijden, in plaats van eerst het adres van de receptie te moeten zoeken en daarna nog het apartement zelf. Bij de brief met de toegangscode zat ook een routebeschrijving naar het appartment. Die was erg onduidelijk: een sterk ingezoomd kaartje waarop de schaal niet duidelijk is. Er staan 2 routes uitgestippeld: een zwarte en een rode, het is onduidelijk welke je moet volgen. Er staan huisjes en huisnummers op het kaartje, maar het is niet duidelijk welke huisnummers bij welk huisje horen. Het is dus echt even flink zoeken in het donker.

Tolle Aussicht, gute Lage

Zu wenig Parkplätze, da diese den Apartments nicht zugewiesen sind. Sehr schwierige Parksituation bei Schnee und Eis. Keine Schuhablagen, kein Schmutzfänger, im Winter recht schwierig. Keine Haken für Handtücher bzw. kein Handtuchhalter im sehr geräumigen Badezimmer.

Moderno e confortevole appartamento in uno chalet con vista monti a 5 min auto dalle piste

Grande appartamento in uno chalet a più livelli, sul fianco della montagna, perciò tutti con vista dalle terrazze sulla valle. Posto auto vicino, (ma attenzione che potrebbe essere innevato). Nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto per cucinare, pulire et. Letti comodi e comode poltrone nel open space con zona pranzo. L'appartamento per 8 prevede due bagni ed è veramente ampio per consentire un soggiorno in relax, con la camera con letti a castello (2x2) abbastanza grande. Docce entrambe ampie e con getti regolabili, asciugamani morbidi.

Su queste strutture di alto livello contano anche piccoli dettagli, le camere da letto matrimoniali hanno ciascuna una TV ma non erano utilizzabili perchè i telecomandi non funzionavano, il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto un intervento e risolto solo su uno dei due. come spesso accade in Austria il riscaldamento è molto alto, se paragonato alle abitudini in Italia, ma non è regolabile in modo autonomo. abbiamo chiesto di abbassarlo il secondo giorno, ma in generale sembra uno spreco perchè abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte e le creme e i cosmetici nei beauty case si sono sciolti, come pure dei biscotti glassati..

Wyjazd bardzo udany.

Podany adres w wiadomości przychodzącej przed przyjazdem jest niewłaściwy. Dzwoniliśmy na numer z wiadomości i prosiliśmy o przesłanie dokładnej lokalizacji. Jednak Pani powiedziała że nie może jej przesłać. Podała słownie adres jednak ze względu na barierę językową udało się trafić na recepcję dopiero po trzecim telefonie. Pani w recepcji na naszą grzeczną uwagę odnośnie złego adresu potraktowała nas jak niepełnosprawnych umysłowo. Popatrzyła na nas lekceważąco i powiedziała: wszyscy trafiają a wy nie możecie... Po 15 godzinach jazdy ta sytuacja była upokarzająca.

Domek jest luksusowy. Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Widok z domku rewelacyjny. Wszędzie blisko. Wszystko fantastyczne.
