Casa De Pato

The Villa was lovely and clean with a great lay out. It had everything we needed . Great heated pool. Great loacation to two supermarkets only a couple of minutes walk away. 20 mins walk to the marina..

Location of Villa is excellent being midway between Rubicon Marina and Papagayo beaches and couple of supermarkets near by.

External area of Villa looking a little in need of attention. Although told to leave keys in key box for house keeper there was no cleaner or change of bed linen or towels over the two weeks we were there. But there was a washing machine.

Location within Playa Blanca excellent. Near to supermarket, Marina for restaurants and walking to Papagayo beaches. Kitchen well fitted out. Good sunny patio area.

We arrived to find tree fallen down on Patio,the smoke alarm had a flat battery and so beeped at regular intervals (we had to remove from Ceiling), kettle not working or satellite TV, kitchen sink drain leaking into bowl under sink, no water in downstairs toilet taps, weeds around pool (we pulled these out), BBQ totally rusted away, only 3 sunbeds for 5 bedded villa. We were on a 3 weeks stay and all was sorted during second week, so much appreciated. But why were we having to arrange these changes, the villa should have been inspected before we arrived as these were all obvious defects. Villa has great potential but outside area looks very tired.
