Location, wellness procedures
Chairs in the restaurant and sea beds are damaged. I also did not like cars parking in front of sea villas and near the pool.

Fantastic location, lovely sea view, friendly staff, good food, amazing spa & wellness Centre.
Even though there were signs at the pool area stating that guests were not allowed to reserve the pool lounger chairs, guests were still doing it, leaving their towels and belongings on them whilst at breakfast. The staff were informed but nothing was done about it. This should be strongly enforced to make it fair for guests who come down to the pool area and can use them. Many guests walked away because there were no “available” loungers.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent view
Elevators don’t work properly, full spa facilities are not open the whole day, only half is open, for dinner only buffet or pizza is available, poor buffet offer and too expensive for very limited selection of food (50 Euro per person for poor buffet is not value for money), no a la card possibility for dinner in the Kitchen restaurant, no sauna culture, people bring mobiles in the spa and enter sauna with swimming suits
