Location was good

So much noise from the street. The rug in the room needs to go to the trash - urgently. So many ants everywhere in the room.

Toilet bowl dirty, also dirty and wet towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Poor noisy cancellation, there is a bar with live music till 11:30 pm.

The breakfast was amazing! They room was comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

I have requested previously to my stay, "biscoito de polvilho frito" and anything else they could do to make the reason of my stay special, once we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. They have replayed confirming my requests. However, nothing was done. It was very frustrating...

The location is perfect, near the main plaza in town and the breakfast was very nice with fresh baked goods, fruit, eggs and a variety of drinks. The room was nice with sound proof windows to cut down on outside noise.

Não gostei das tomadas que não eram de 20V, tivemos problemas com o secador de cabelo, o chuveiro também saia muita pouca água e a iluminação central do quarto não funcionou.

Quando chegamos, tinha muito pernilongos no quarto e muito mais no banheiro! Assim, ficamos matando eles por um tempo! O tapete do quarto estava muito encardido! E por fim, no Restaurante ao lado, ficou tocando música até as 4 horas da manhã (Absurdo).

Barulho o tempo todo das boates e bares perto, tem som de 10 da manhã até a madrugada. Mesmo com a porta anti ruído não segura o barulho. Não conseguimos dormir e descansar.

A localização não poderia ser melhor. Os colaboradores são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A cama é bem confortável.

O café da manhà é simples. Dos tres que tomei, apenas no primeiro dia teve pao de queijo. Outro ponto que pode melhorar é o chuveiro. É muito difícil acertar a mistura da água quente com a fria.

Lugar aconchegante, sensação de estar em casa. Centralizado no centro histórico, perto de tudo. Cafezinho com bolo feito na hora o tempo todo disponivel para a gente. Recomendo muito!

Sobre a cidade, quem tiver mobilidade reduzida não indico muito. Você sobe pra descer e desce pra subir. rsrs Muitas ladeiras. Mas tudo maravilhoso!
