Good place to stay, and close to all main restaurantes and shops

Location is perfect, staff were great. Rooms are good size and they have double glazing on the restaurant side to prevent noise issues.

No designated parking, but plenty on the street, during rainy was bad to get to the breakfast location.

So much noise from the street. The rug in the room needs to go to the trash - urgently. So many ants everywhere in the room.

Toilet bowl dirty, also dirty and wet towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Poor noisy cancellation, there is a bar with live music till 11:30 pm.

The breakfast was amazing! They room was comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

I have requested previously to my stay, "biscoito de polvilho frito" and anything else they could do to make the reason of my stay special, once we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. They have replayed confirming my requests. However, nothing was done. It was very frustrating...

The location is perfect, near the main plaza in town and the breakfast was very nice with fresh baked goods, fruit, eggs and a variety of drinks. The room was nice with sound proof windows to cut down on outside noise.

Localização

Estrutura precária. A pousada estava cheia e a rede elétrica não comportava. Ou seja, a luz caia direto. Formigas no quarto, inclusive no banheiro. A porta do banheiro rangia demais. Impossível ir ao banheiro à noite sem acordar meu marido. Puxa, custa passar um óleo nas dobradiças? Não tem secador de cabelo no quarto e o box é minúsculo. Nunca vi um misturador de agua tão difícil de conseguir chegar numa temperatura agradável.

A localização é excelente. O quarto dos fundos tem ótima vista e é silencioso.

O ar condicionado estava quebrado, a luz da cama estava quebrada. Galhos que caíram durante a chuva ficou no chão, ninguém retirando. O plástico protetor do ar condicionado externo, está todo quebrado, sem cuidado.

Nosso chuveiro ficava ou quente ou frio.. parecia que um desligava o outro (quarto 4) O ar condicionado também parecia não estar funcionando muito bem, foi ok porque ficamos apenas uma noite

Excelente localização, quarto espaçoso, ótima cama e chuveiro. Linda vista!

Poderiam ter mais agilidade no café da manhã, os hóspedes precisavam ficar esperando o reabastecimento dos alimentos. Sugiro um melhor acabamento na rampa que dá acesso à recepção, pois as laterais podem causar acidentes.

A pousada possui localização excelente!! É sem dúvidas a melhor vantagem dela. As moças da recepção também são simpáticas e o atendimento foi ótimo. Bom café da manhã e quarto ótimo também.

Tem dois pontos que consideramos que a pousada poderia melhorar, o primeiro é que o ar condicionado não gela direito. Nós hospedamos na pousada durante o ano novo e estava um calor infernal na cidade e mesmo no 16 o ar não gelava. Utilizamos o ventilador para suprir, mas acredito que o ar precise de uma manutenção. Um outro ponto é sobre o chuveiro, ou ele fica muito quente ou totalmente frio. Achamos que seria um bom ponto para melhorar também. Fora isso, pousada excelente com ótima localização.

Não gostei das tomadas que não eram de 20V, tivemos problemas com o secador de cabelo, o chuveiro também saia muita pouca água e a iluminação central do quarto não funcionou.

Da localização! Dos funcionários!

Quando chegamos, tinha muito pernilongos no quarto e muito mais no banheiro! Assim, ficamos matando eles por um tempo! O tapete do quarto estava muito encardido! E por fim, no Restaurante ao lado, ficou tocando música até as 4 horas da manhã (Absurdo).
