A very enjoyable stay in a great location.

Easy to get to town for shopping & restaurants, easy to get to ski school with kids and to the cross country skiing.

The bells of the church (every 15 minutes) we got used to it somewhat but still loud.

Apartment is very well located for skiing. 5 min walk to Jakobhorn and ski bus in the door (<15m) to Parsennbahn. Apartment is as in photos. Very clean and well maintained. Host is very attentive and makes sure all is prepared and in order.

Superb

Light speed communication, very spacious crib with sufficient space for a family of 2-3 children, there is an additional single bed in the master bedroom, indoor parking. Everything that a vacation rental should have is available, on top an indoor pool and a sauna as well (at a reasonable fee/privacy assured), great location (Jakobshornbahn, Train/Busstation), grocery right in front of the main entrance, restaurants (Pizzeria, Steakhouse, Dönerplace etc.), added value to Quellenhof C01 certainly is the Davos/Klosters guest card that comes with booking this place which allows you to get access to several tourist attractions (cable cars) at a fraction of its actual price, trains and most local busses for free to get around the vicinity of Davos only. We were a family of 4 and it indeed made getting around a lot easier. In summary you cannot go wrong with booking this vacation rental. We had an amazing Summer/Autumn experience in Davos! Looking forward to our next Davos vacation at this particular property.

As a Frequent Traveller using hotels and vacation rentals, I have to admit that besides the property not being 2021 built, there was nothing that we didn’t like.

Thnak you for providing worry free acommodation, so that we could focus on our holiday.

Roger was an excellent host. He provided us lots on information before we arrived, and promptly answered our questions. The only surprise was the bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived! After we arrived home, we realized we left some items behind and Roger had them returned the same day! The apartment is in a great location especially if you do not have a car. Everything is a few minutes walk away! It has a practical layout, everything worked as it should, including very good WiFi, and the kitchen is sufficiently well equipped to prepare your own meals.

Great apartment right next to Jakobshorn

Excellent location close to Jakobshorn. Very functional apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen. Extremely helpful and friendly host. Very well equipped, even providing tools for raclette or fondue as well as bed or chair for baby. Also provides netflix and amazon prime. 10/10, will definitely be my choice when returning to Davos.

Fantastic location !!! 2 min - by foot Jakobshorn skilift, 1 min - bus stop and supermarket, 10 min by buss Persen skilifts, Italian restaurant the same building. Helpful and friendly owner. Well equipped and super clean apartment with garage place

Geräumig und sauber

Hervorragende, zentrale Lage – wir haben das Auto die ganze Woche nicht einmal gebraucht. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Ein tolles Plus ist das Hallenbad, das mitbenutzt werden darf. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Gleich gegenüber gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, der Bahnhof und auch die Talstation der Jakobshornbahn sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Was will man mehr. :-)

Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte, ist es der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das Auto steht auf einer Verschiebeplatte, die relativ schmal ist und nur bis 1800kg belastet werden darf. Wir waren mit einem Golf Variant da. Das hat noch funktioniert. Breiter und schwerer sollte das Auto aber möglichst nicht sein. Alternativ kann man sein Auto aber in der Silvretta Parkgarage, die ca. 5 min Fußweg entfernt ist, für 100 Franken die Woche, einstellen. Die Wohnung ist es auf jeden Fall wert.

Immer wieder würde ich diese Unterkunft nutzen.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral . Sie biettet alles was man braucht und noch mehr (Schwimmbad und Sauna) Ganz in der Nähe von einer Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Einige Bergbahnen und RAB sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Für mein Auto gab es auch einen Tiefgaragenplatz der allerdings etwas gewöhungsbedürftig war. Die Unterkunft selber bietet alles was man braucht und mehr. Sehr schön , uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt !!

Die zentrale Lage, Bergbahnen sind alle schnell zu erreichen. Die sehr umfangreichen Informationen zur Wohnung, der Balkon/Veranda, Garargenstellplatz zu haben und das Hallenbad. Gut ist auch die Möglichkeit, die Sauna zu benutzen, wenn man möchte. Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Das einzige nicht so gute war, dass die naheliegende Kirche auch nachts läutet.

Ruim, schoon en goed ingerichte appartement is prima uitgangspunt voor fijne vakantie in mooie Davos

Heel schoon en ruim appartement, heerlijke badkamer en fijne nieuwe complete keuken met goede apparatuur. Appartement is erg volledig ingericht, goed verwarmd en sfeervol. Perfecte locatie tov station en winkels en kabelbanen (deze waren begin mei wel tijdelijk gesloten). Maar er is genoeg om te wandelen. En met treintje naar Filisur of met postbus naar Sertig Sand is aanrader. Naast appartement staat kerkje met erg enthousiaste kerkklokken maar daar wen je aan en na mooie en lange wandelingen is het goed slapen in prima bedden. Bakker en supermarkt op paar minuten loop afstand.

Ondanks uitgebreide beschrijving was het even zoeken om binnen te komen. We hadden ons onvoldoende gerealiseerd dat er een rustpauze zit tussen winter en zomerseizoen, waardoor veel winkels, restaurants en de kabelbanen 2 à 3 weken gesloten waren begin mei.

Schöner Winterurlaub mit Schnee.

Super Lage, nahe Jakobshorn, Skibushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Auch drei Supermärkte um die Ecke zu erreichen. Modern und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch bei der Bereitstellung eines zweiten Parkplatzes war uns der Vermieter sehr behilflich. Sehr ausführliche Informationen des Vermieters vor der Anreise zur Wohnung.

Eigentlich ist Davos eine schöne Stadt mit einer Vielzahl von Geschäften und Lokalen. Das gilt aber nicht für die Woche nach dem Weltwirtschaftsforum.

Sehr gut und gern wieder!

Schwimmbad, Sauna, zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof, Bus, allen Geschäften, Pizzeria im Haus - prima!

Relativ wenig Tageslicht in den Zimmern - aber wer zum Skifahren kommt, braucht das weniger... Für Gäste, die vor Ort viel mit dem Auto fahren möchten ist die Parksituation in der Tiefgarage doch recht anstrengend.

Die Kirche nebenan läutete die ganze Nacht durch. Wir sind mehrmals in der Nacht aufgewacht.
