View of the bay - beautiful! Brilliant customer service when we had an issue with the travel cot.

The travel cot provided was not adequate. Had to call agent and arrange for a new one which they did so immediately.

Nice view of the lake . The room for the kids was a plus. They had a great time .

The BBQ was subpar

lovely by the river and facility was good close to shops

the fact that there where still dead cockroaches all over the place after being pest controlled

The internet did not work. The need for the deposit was excessive given we were five over 60s going to a wedding. We wouldn't have stayed there otherwise. It is hard to find a place with four bedrooms. The late book in time is also a turn off. If you have to leave by 10am why is it so late? We came from Sydney and Melbourne in only two cars and were going to a five o'clock function. To be expected to get ready and get there in 1 hour seems a big ask. When I asked for an earlier check -in we didn't get notified till the day before. By then some of us had looked to get dressed elsewhere.
