Peaceful

Very modern, quite and peaceful place

Way to hot the first night but someone came and turned the heat off. I didn't get much sleep but after that it was better.

A wonderful place we will definitely be staying again!

Loved all the space! It’s such a nice atmosphere and a nice little walk to the beach access. Just long enough my toddler could walk to the beach play and walk back.

It was warm inside and we had a hard time cooling it down. We kept the windows open at night and luckily brought our own fan. It was nice that all the rooms had ceiling fans, that helped circulate the air.

Too expensive, not well maintained

On the positive side, the view and location were incredible. Unfortunately, those were the only positives. One of the beds had a trough down the center so would not comfortably hold two people as it caused each to roll to the center of the bed. The couch was broken and filthy under the cushions. Access codes were not sent, so were not able to get in and had to wait until the codes were sent. The TV remote wouldn't work nor did the remote for the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The heaters were all off, but it was still very warm inside, so had to leave all the windows open for comfort. The unit was on the ground floor and everything the people upstairs did sounded as if it was in the room with us. Could hear every word and every footstep. Would not rent this place again.

Not worth what I paid for!

The location was great and the view was awesome.

The hot tub was dirty, and you could tell that they were just putting chemicals and over and over and over again. It hadn’t actually been cleaned in a long time. There was a residue, build up all around the edges, and in all of the grooves in the seats. The bathroom with the standing shower had mold throughout different parts of the shower not just in the seams, but other places as well.The hot tub was dirty, and you could tell that they were just putting chemicals and over and over and over again. Beautiful view, but can't hear ocean over mechanical whirring.

It was beautiful. I loved the view. There were puzzles and games. The whole rental was spacious enough for my family. The hot tub on the back porch overlooking the ocean was amazing.

I was so extremely disappointed. The whole reason I pay so much money to rent properties that are beachfront is because my favorite thing to do in the entire world, is sit on the back porch/balcony and sip coffee and listen to the ocean. Also just listening to the ocean from inside the room while I'm relaxing. It is so calming and soothing and makes me happy. I always bring my own coffee pot, to make sure I'll have some for my back porch experience!! BUT it was so extremely disappointing, because my whole experience was ruined...well it never got to happen. Because the unit I was in was unit #1...on the back porch RIGHT where you would be sitting to listen to the ocean, there is a LOUD mechanical whirling from a machine that is RIGHT THERE. We could only escape the noise completely if we shut all windows and doors, and it was so loud, there was no way to hear the ocean over it. It made me very sad. It felt like a huge waste of my money. I'm a nurse, and I work a lot, so I don't get the chance to go out as often as I would like, especially with my boys. The place was absolutely beautiful. But because of that noise from that location, I wouldn't come back unless it was at the other end of the building!

Exceptional

This is not a fault of the unit... but folks do not pay attention to the signs directing them to the beach access and they walk past the bedroom windows. Pool was too cold for me to swim in, and that was a part of my decision making when booking.

We enjoyed our stay and had our basic needs met. We would not want to stay any longer, however, because of the mattress,

-Open floor plan -beautiful view of the ocean -hot tub -updated -clean -short walk to the beach access

-master bedroom mattress sloped to the middle -hard to control air temp - hot -felt unsafe to keep windows open at night and when we were gone to allow to stay cool because on bottom floor -noisy equipment right outside our balcony so we couldn’t hear the ocean waves -nonstick pots and pans were all scratched up - this is unsafe to use - prefer pots and pans that are not made with toxic Teflon

Seems like one of the beds was broken. We woke up in a ditch in the middle of the bed, which was not comfortable for adults. Kids probably would care

DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM VACASA RENTALS THEY ARE AWFUL

The condo itself was very nice, however; there are a lot of that needed to be fixed prior to our stay that they knew about and still rented to us. Oh and Vacasa Rentals is awful DO NOT book with them.

The room was advertised as having fans, well they are hanging on the ceiling but two of the three weren't working. Sent an email, this was their reply: Allow me to take you through some troubleshooting steps; "Check the circuit breaker to confirm the power is on. If the circuit breaker tripped, reset the breaker. If there are any blown fuses, replace the damaged fuses. Turn the power off the circuit breaker. Loosen the canopy, check all the wire connections are correctly assembled and secured with wire nuts. If you have the electrical know-how, check the wall switch for power." Did I mention the fans are on a 10' ceiling...and how in the heck am I supposed to know where the breaker box is, and I'm not an electrician and vacasa probably should not suggest that we check the wiring. THEN, the hot tub was stuck at 105 which according to the notes around it, it should not be used at that temperature and it really is way to hot but we couldn't get it to turn down, so I messaged vacasa AGAIN, and this was their response: " The hot tub issue had been raised with our staff. However, this HAD been scheduled to be fixed on Friday, when our local staff will be available. Kindly be patient." Okay, no wait, we are leaving the day it was already scheduled to be fixed. So they knew it wasn't working yet rented us a room anyway. So we were not EVER able to use the hot tub. In their defense they did refund part of my money but I will NEVER, EVER rent from Vacasa Rentals again and I would highly suggest you don't either, they are awful.

A bit delayed getting the door code but one call to customer service and all was handled in 5 minutes. Very Nice accommodations but could use a couch upgrade in the living room

Very good

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with 2 couples traveling together. The hot tub and the pool area was a big hit. The view was really nice. We also enjoyed the open concept living area. Another nice feature was the luggage carts and the elevator.

No beach access was kind of a bummer. Also not having a working washing machine was tough as we were using towels for not only showers but also the hot tub and the pool. Would of been nice to have beach towels provided so we didn’t have to use the bath towels for everything. Would of also liked a clothes line in the shower for drying wet swimming clothes on.

Beautiful views of the Pacific from this comfortable condo.

Excellent view from this well-appointed condo. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The ocean could be enjoyed from any of the indoor seating as well. The kitchen was stocked with all manner of cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The thermostat was locked but thankfully the ocean breezes kept us (mostly) climate-controlled. No beach access but that is the case for 99% of Lincoln City accommodations. The exhaust fans from the building HVAC run constantly at the edge of the patio and drown out the sound of the waves which is disappointing.

Beautiful view and lovely place to stay. Perfect for our mother because it’s on the ground floor.

We couldn’t find the coffee maker until we stood on a chair and checked the very top cupboard. Strange. Also there was no toaster that we could see.
