An excellent location for exploring this part of Somerset. Alcombe is a lovely village and this property is located in a quiet lane. The cottage is a great size, bed extremely comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.
The bathroom has damp issues and there is mould all over the ceiling and around the shower. The extractor fan was full of dust and the level of cleaning in the bathroom was poor. As requested, we ensured that the extractor fan was in use every time we used the bathroom and we left it running while we were in the property but it was inadequate to deal with the damp issues.
