The location was great for us. If you are looking to party it probably is not the location for you.
I didn't like the fact that the name of the resort was not provided upon booking and it was difficult for us to describe directions for cab drivers. The name Tiarra Sands would have been helpful.

The hostess was kind and courteous and met use to give us a tour and door code.
Internet is slow, but a good opportunity to unplug. No reflection on the beautiful views from the large windows. Humming birds sit on a small ficus tree out on the balcony with no fear. Better connection to nature at this property. The marina view is georgious from room and living room.
