This is the 160m² main house of the finca, which was completely renovated in 2014. The house has a total of three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom (en suite). One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub. The dimensions of the beds are as follows: one double bed (2.00m x 2.00m), the other double beds are 1.50m and 1.60m wide and each 2.00m long. The central point of the house is the large lounge (living area) with a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall and the adjoining dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a further lounge with adjoining study or playroom round off the interior. The washing machine is located in the wash house and is for communal use.
The complex, and therefore for communal use, also includes a seating lounge in the garden - also with sea views and a summer kitchen with barbecue terrace in the upper garden area. In the spacious garden with further seating and sunbathing areas, there is a pool with pool terrace, table tennis, table football and a children's playground (with a connecting door to the patio).
Outside, there is a terrace with a large dining table and panoramic views in the entrance area. The house also has its own patio with a cosy seating area and outdoor barbecue - an ideal breakfast or evening barbecue area. Relax in the sun bed with a wonderful sea view at the entrance to the garden.
