Recently updated window treatments, bedroom furniture and flooring through out the unit. WIFI is included to provide better connectivity for guests. The amazing oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors, where you will enjoy views of the ocean and the pool. The master bath has a roomy walk-in Shower w/ 8" step-over lip. The hall bath has a Tub/Shower combo. PLAZA 104 includes central air, a fully equipped open kitchen with new refrigerator, ceramic-top stove/oven; built-in microwave; dishwasher. There is a FULL-SIZE Washer & Dryer (Washer uses High-Efficiency Detergent) and 3 flat screen TVs (Living Room & two Bedrooms); 1 DVD player in the Living Room & 1 in Master Bedroom. The den sleep sofa has NO bars or spring. It is like sleeping on a regular bed! As a bonus, you have AMAZING views of the Ocean, but you don't have to wait for an elevator when going to the beach - just walk down the stairs in the hallway to the pool and the beach! Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 Extra Long Double Beds *Requires Queen Sheets* DEN: Queen Sleep Sofa; and LR: Queen sleep sofa. Registration fee $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17 includes parking for two vehicles.
