This classically appointed Studio accommodation is a roomy 275 sq. ft. and can house up to two guests. Relax on the plush queen-sized bed and enjoy the conveniences of air conditioning and ceiling fans on hot days. A flat-screen TV with cable, satellite, and DVD player will become your best friend on nights in (especially after a visit to the resort’s enormous movie rental library!), and you’ll fall in love with the convenient kitchenette featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, stove, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. An elegant dining table and spacious living area featuring sumptuous sofa seating complete this wonderful picture of comfort and convenience.

Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age.
All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort.
Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
AT CHECK-IN
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $12 plus tax Resort Fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. Resort Fee includes Guest Internet Access; Sports Equipment: volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, shuffleboard; Access to Marina fishing dock; DVD Rental; Book Exchange; Game room; Mini-Golf; Self-Parking 1 car.

Arrived to our room to find it had not been cleaned. One of the outdoor swimming pools was broken. This made for the other two pools to be extremely crowded. Map was confusing on finding the correct building

My wife and I recently celebrated 3 years of marriage and this resort was just what we needed. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together since there are so many amenities on site. We loved every second!
