HUGE Beach House: Pool, water view & walk to beach and games

Exactly as advertised, host attentive and accommodating.

A group of 10 adult women friends rented this house for a long weekend getaway in January. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely return. There is a main house with 4 bedrooms/6 beds/2 bathrooms, and a guest house with 2 bedrooms/5 beds (2 twin bunkbeds plus a double bed) and 1 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are walk-throughs to other bedrooms. There are several great outdoor hangout spaces--a huge covered patio with a long table (actually 3 tables pushed together) and a lot of chairs; a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and a view of the intercoastal waterway; and a backyard with an above-ground pool, a fire pit, yard games, and several kayaks. There are a few things that could be modernized in the house, and it would be nice if there was shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers and dish cloths in the kitchen. We appreciated the fast communication with the host, including when we asked if we could have a late check-out on the last day of our trip. To get the beach and the Hollywood Broadwalk you walk across a bridge, which takes about 10 minutes altogether. We didn't mind the walk and it's nice to be close to the ocean and all the bars, restaurants, ice cream, bike rental shops, etc. on the Broadwalk. Altogether a great rental for large groups!

We loved this house and the attention of the host was great! She was always attentive to our needs before and during the stay in constant communication. We loved the welcome gift detail! We enjoyed a lot and the house is perfect for large groups! Recommended!

GREAT LOCATION! The house is huge, we really enjoyed it on the terrace overlooking the canal and from inside playing on the pool table you can also see the boats passing by, the garden is huge and surrounds the whole house with volley, lots of games, kayaks and the pool! The host is always in constant communication and gave us the best service. 100% recommended!
