About this house rental
This beautiful East Hampton home is located on a quiet street, just moments away from the heart of the village. The charming covered porch welcomes you into the double height foyer and the open-concept main living space. Furnished with sunlight, the first floor features the living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble counter-tops & double sliding glass doors that seamlessly transition out to the bluestone patio and outdoor seating area. Additionally, the first floor includes the master suite, which has direct access to a pergola-covered patio by the pool. Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the second floor, thoughtfully separated by a generous landing with custom bookcase. The lower level includes a large multi-purpose area with high ceilings, radiant heated floors and an abundance of natural light. This level also provides the fourth bedroom and a full bath. The meticulously maintained exterior is complete with a heated, Gunite, saltwater pool (with waterfall), an outdoor shower and built-in barbecue. Perfect vacation house, beach/town walk or short ride. House was as advertised, very clean and great setup for kids/families. Bari is a great host and very responsive when needed.

We are so grateful we had the opportunity to rent this cute family home in a perfect East Hampton location. The homeowner is so sweet and considerate and the home is beautiful. We really appreciated how everything felt brand new and clean, with super comfortable sofas and beds. More than one family member commented on how much they loved the sheets! :) The house is well cared for with regular house keeping and yard service during our stay. Its located in a great part of town, just two blocks north (-ish) of main street. We were able to walk to dinner at two of the best restaurants in East Hampton and the location makes it so easy to get to other parts of the east end without encountering high traffic areas. We also loved the ability to ride our bikes about 10 min to the local beaches. We would definitely stay here again.
