A partial courtyard view from the screened lanai — quiet and shaded, the right orientation for guests who prefer a more private outdoor space over an open water view. One Particular Harbour 391-201 is a 1,500 square foot condo with an open layout and a lanai that makes morning coffee feel unhurried. The gated community is two minutes over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf.

The condo sleeps five across two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

OPH 391-201 requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included. No smoking.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it is always welcoming! We love staying here for the convenience of being close to the island as well as the cleanliness of the location. I always enjoy staying here and look forward to future trips!

The condo was fantastic! Thank You for the wonderful 5 days! The elevator needs an air freshener - horrible musky smell!! Getting into the property we misunderstood and thought the code would work and then get the key in the morning! We called the number and the poor gal did not understand! She needed to tell us to go to the office and get the key and the key fab to get in! The pool area was excellent- wish it was open longer in the evening. The storage area with the wagon, and beach items was amazing!!! BONUS! We left our sunscreen in there for others also! We recommend this condo for others to rent!!
