Our family of four had a great first experience in Hilton Head. The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Check in/out instructions were clear and simple. The 4 adult size bikes were a nice bonus. We would stay here again.

This property met all of our needs. Very clean and quiet. Also super convenient w/ 5 minute walk to beach and Coligny Plaza . Kitchen was well appointed. Management was very responsive when we had parking pass and late check-out options questions. Ceilings were a little low so not ideal for 6’2” and over but doable.

The place was not cleaned properly before we checked in. The bathrooms had heavy traces of hair. The toilets were simply nasty. We spent the first hour cleaning up behind the previous guests in these areas.
The kitchen counter tops were still dirty with sticky residue from not being properly wiped down.
The rest of the week was great. But the initial cleanliness of the place was a bit too much to take in. Especially for the the price we paid for the unit. A refund of sort would have been nice. But we got a simple, “We apologize for the inconvenience” via email and a visit from the cleaners after we had cleaned up their shortcomings.
Hopefully, the next guest didn’t experience the same issues.
