Bright and nicely appointed with all the comforts of home including full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, grab bars in bathtub, 2 TVs, DVD and WiFi. OWNER PROVIDES SHEETS AND TOWELS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!. Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! We had an excellent family trip to Bethany and stay at this Colony East condo. The views were even better than I expected, and the condo was well appointed with everything you might need. Some of the management company instructions were a bit confusing or lacked detail (such as how linens and check-in worked), but ultimately these were minor annoyances.

we arrived after 6 pm to now linens anywhere. Slept on blankets on bed. Linens were delivered the next morning after many phone calls.

My wife and I had a three nights stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. The ocean view was great. The facilities were very good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in this unit again.

The property was nice, not dirty but certainly we needed to vacum, and dishes were dirty. The water was shutoff and hot water was off also, so no hot water right away. No one told the water would not be on. But once the initial stuff tsken care place was good nice views , quiet , and comfortable.
