Situated at the rear of 4 units, this sunny property has everything you need. Very quiet and centrally located for all the offerings of the Bellarine on your doorstep. Surf beaches, Bellarine Rail Trail, Golf Course , Restaurants and Wineries are all near by.

So nice local home. Quiet local area. Many nice walking options. Wonderful sea and beaches and walking and bicycling trail. Very short walk to shops and restaurants. Another bedroom smelled like mold.
