Experience vacation bliss in 5,300-square-foot, oceanside Allure with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The ground level has great parking, an under-house elevator entry, storage, a shower, and a concrete pool with a hot tub. The first-level game room has an LCD TV, a Ping-Pong table, a kitchenette, deck access, and a nearby half bath. A theatre room with seating for six has an ice maker and a wine fridge. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a shower. On level two, the third bedroom deck access and shares a full bath featuring a huge tiled shower with the fourth bedroom. A half bath is close to the private washer/dryer and an office corner. The fifth bedroom has a bath with a tub/shower and deck access. The top floor great room has cathedral ceilings, pinewood floors, a half bath, professional decorations, an entertainment center with a TV, a gas fireplace, and south-facing sundeck access where you'll have views of the ocean and sound. The tiled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is close to dining area. The sixth bedroom has an LCD TV, and a large bath with a shower. The location, strength, and beauty of Allure will keep you coming back year after year.
Things to Know
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Quiet neighborhood, elevator is very nice for elderly or handicapped people, not far to the beach and nice kitchen with refrigerator and sink on second floor.

The house is wonderful in size, the water was cold the whole time we was there due to hot water heater not working. We lost power one night and never heard anything from anyone to let us know why, there was no flashlights or anything there for light. Long walk to the beach over thick sand. Long ways from town. But the house is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there

This house has the potential to be an amazing vacation home, however when we arrived the cleaning was not great. We found an empty beer can as well as a bad stale beer smell in the game room, after checking we found an exploded beer under the couch. Regular upkeep is also lacking, multiple lightbulbs were out, including all four vanity lights in one bathroom. Also, multiple sliding door handles on the outside of the house were missing. Maintenance did come and fix what he could but wasn’t able to attend to everything. Our last issue was the propane tank to the grill being empty, since we purchased almost all of our food to be cooked on the grill we had to buy a new tank last minute. I am waiting to be reimbursed for that, but haven’t gotten response to that email. The representative I called to relay all the problems to was very nice and understanding so that was definitely a plus. The location and view from the house is amazing, with just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, so with simple upkeep this house would be great! Also as stated in other reviews there is no direct access to the pool which does make it difficult if you have little kids. In the end we had a great time, but just expected a little more.
