Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

The house was perfect. The location was perfect. We did notice a lot of dust on the banister and a few other places. We also had to rewash most of dishes we needed to use because they were dirty with residue from the dishwasher. We would suggest having sitting on the lower deck with the hot tub. There was nowhere to sit for those who wanted to be with us while we in the hot tub. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I liked the UV light in the bathroom. The media room was very nice to have on the lower floor.

The layout is awesome with the extra media room and the open LR floor plan. Gorgeous sound views. Easy water access for windsurfing and paddling. The art throughout is beautiful. Love, love the TWO outdoor showers.
The kitchen was challenging with the dishwasher limiting freezer and cabinet access. There was no ground floor hose for getting sand out of feet, or cleaning windsurfing equipment. Windsurf storage space was blocked and hard to use.
We had a great time. We would have rented this house again in 2025 if the the weekly rental cost had not doubled.

Good location, next to excellent restaurant and water sports rental place. Convenient access to island. Inside was abit worn (carpet, finishes, counters), but light and airy. No instructions for anything (tv’s, fireplace, jacuzzi), so difficult to use. Very close to neighbors and some can be noisy at night. Jacuzzi very weak-worthless.
