A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult or married couple is required. In the event that the approval is not granted, the reservation will be promptly canceled, and all deposits will be fully refunded. Rushed applications, submitted within seven days or less of the check-in date, incur an additional fee of $200 per adult or married couple.
