Apartment on the beach and ocean sounds

The apartment is located in a quiet, less touristy area of Fasnia (Los Roques), close to beautiful black beaches with amazing views! The place has a unique, slightly mysterious atmosphere and is ideal for those looking for peace and authenticity. The host was very kind and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like wine and snacks, which we really appreciated. The apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom, with plenty of useful items.

There was noticeable humidity. The building itself is a bit older and less maintained, which affects the overall impression.

Prijazen sprejem gostitelja, cenovno ugoden apartma na odlični lokaciji – ne preblizu morja, da bi motil hrup pri spanju, a dovolj blizu, da se je čutil morski zrak. Enostaven dostop z avtoceste in odlična izhodiščna točka za raziskovanje otoka. Všeč mi je bila tudi odsotnost televizije, saj omogoča vsaj malo detoksa od ekranov in medijev.

Ni mi bilo všeč, da se v apartmaju na določenih mestih lušči omet (WC). Prav tako bi lahko bila oprema nekoliko bolj sodobna – na kratko, vidi se, da ga že načenja čas. Apartma je bil sicer v grobem čist, z izjemo posode in oken, vendar nič kritičnega in hitro rešljivega.

The apartment was dirty – on arrival, we had to clean the apartment by ourselves – floors and kitchen were very dirty and sticky; Ants were all over the apartment; Towels and sheets were musty; Noisy, smelly, and dusty construction works all day in the complex – so we couldn't open windows during the day – the owner can't influence this – I am writing it just to let others know that it is there and apparently it's going to be there for a long time; Communication with the owner was awful – we gave him our honest feedback, and he got offended and called us cheaters (see the response below). We asked him before booking if we needed to book for three adults when we have the baby that sleeps with us on one bed (see public questions), and he replied that we could book just for two persons. And now, in the review, he calls us cheaters and dishonest people. Wow. After checkout, we got a message from the owner that we left the apartment very clean and tidy (yes, we cleaned it by ourselves :D), and after our review, he responded here that we left the apartment dirty :D Someone can't accept the feedback. We visited more accommodations in the location, and none had these issues. We recommend looking for other accommodations.
