Worst Hotel Don't Stay in Such Cheaters Hotel

Nothing would even rate in negative if possible

I didn't like the hotel, the staff cheated on me.... He charged alot higher then what the value was pre booked for.

Close to station 10 min away. AC room with clean bed to sleep off

cleanliness around is shabby No hot water - geyser wasnt working in evening . Somehow after keeping it switched on whole night some warm water we received. Didnt give receipt even if taken cash at time of entry

Overall if someone comes in Jaipur from station then it’s better to stay in station but samar palace

After taking a food for one time I regretted and woes not to order again from there.

Everything that a person expects when he is staying at a hotel from reception staff to cleanliness to available amenities. Everything things was worst.Please do not choose this hotel no matter how low their prices are.

Staff wasn't cooperative with the issue.

I was not provided breakfast. Their portal isnt properly synced with booking.com, hence my reservation was shown to be without the breakfast facility. This type of technical issue is not my problem, Why should I pay for services if i am not getting one!?

Pathetic Room Stay

Pathetic Room. No Hot water. Only geyser showing its working, got cold water. Not provided with BF though booking.com confirmed that rooms is booked with breakfast. Very uncomfortable stay

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

The place is horrible. Firstly, the photos used do not belong to this hotel. The rooms are in really bad condition. AC does not work, washroom does not have proper water supply, flush doesnt work, bedsheets are stained. The management is extremely poor. There are only 3 people in the entire building (including the receptionist) and they can't even manage a simple task like providing drinking water in the rooms. The hotel claims to have a kitchen but there is no kitchen. We booked the room with breakfast included but they didn't provide us the breakfast as the cook was not there in the hotel. Pathetic place and even more pathetic staff.
