Lage, seitlicher Meerblick, Schnitt und Größe der Wohnung
Die Ausstattung muss dringend erneuert werden. Töpfe, die keinen Deckel haben, sehr leichte Pfannen, kein Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher, ausgedünntesGeschirr, keine Gläser für alle Zwecke, kaputte Lampe.

Sehr sauberes, schönes Quartier, ruhig, schöner Balkon. Das Meer ist nur zu erahnen, wegen schönem baumbestand.
Schlüsselübergabe schwierig, man musste unbedingt bis 16 Uhr vor Ort sein. Sonst drohten zusätzliche Gebühren.
