Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Storeroom with Washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Pridraga. The holiday home is situated on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a (paved) road. Parking on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 10 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).
