With a location just two miles from the Tahoe Marina and a short drive from three world-class ski resorts, this gorgeous mountain home is waiting to make your next family vacation a dream come true! Inside, this home enjoys two levels of luxury and comfort. On the first level, you'll find a spacious entertainment area featuring a pool table, a comfortable sofa facing a large TV, and access to the lower-level deck. One lower-level bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a double-basin sink and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the main living space is grand and well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, lots of natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring, vaulted ceilings, and a handsome gas fireplace crowning the room. The full kitchen features a center prep island, miles of granite countertops, and lustrous wood cabinetry, perfect for accomplished chefs and novice cooks alike. Use the free WiFi to download a new recipe to play around with, shop for your ingredients at a local grocery store, then get crackin' for tonight's dinner party. You can serve guests at the attractive dining table, and the kids can swing their feet from the barstools at the breakfast bar. Later, take everyone outside to the second-level deck for an evening of stargazing and good times. Security camera details: Exterior surveillance cameras are installed on the front entry deck (facing toward driveway) and on the back deck (facing the deck and stair entry).
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
