Welcome to our Disciples Village Condo #688 - the Upper level. Located on the new Disciples 8 Chairlift!
When combined with renting its sister property, DV689 (located directly beneath this home - and connected by an internal stairway) this three bedroom/three bathroom home becomes a four bedroom/four bathroom home.

Disciples Village 688 is two stories, featuring the main floor and an enclosed loft. Upon entering, you will find a wide open layout - where your living room, dining area, and kitchen lend themselves to quality time and relaxation with the whole family! The main floor also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master features a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom offers two queens, and it also has a full bath. Upstairs you will find the enclosed loft and a third bedroom with two queen beds, and it also has a full bath for convenience! Please note there is no washer or dryer available in this unit.
When partnered with DV689 (lower level) - the home will feature 3 stories where you also have two kitchens and two living rooms (one on main floor and one on lower lever). This functionality allows multiple gathering areas and areas of privacy all at the same time! In true ski-in/ski-out fashion, enjoy the convenience and all that Boyne Mountain has to offer - and then snuggle up and snuggle in for a relaxing evening in paradise, in front of either of your fireplace (there are two fireplaces in the entire home, one in this property and one on the lower level unit DV689)!
This home may be rented independently or in conjunction with the DV689, based on each portions availability.The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

The stay was great. The location was clean and very relaxing. The only negative, the website should list which units have a grill. I noticed other units did, maybe I just missed it during my reservation. Overall I could come back.

Moved right in and felt right at home. Condo was clean and set up with everything we needed. Could do this condo again.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our rental was great and very clean, but I would not recommend the management company Northern Michigan Escapes. We were up north for a wedding and the wedding venue changed it policy due to covid. So the wedding date was changed. We called Northern Michigan Escapes to change our rental date 58 days before the original reservation date. They told us it was policy inside of 60 days they can't help us with a refundor another rental becausethey were booked solid I called 2 different times with the same results. So when we started to look for another rental for the new wedding date I did found another rental that was available so when I called them out on the available rental they tried to say it wasn't there rental. It did turn out to be there rental so they keep part of our original payment on the original rental. Just felt like NME could have been a little more accommodating considering the situation.
