Beautiful, comfortable home. All rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful furnishings and more than adequate amenities. We look forward to a return next December to another good property.

The property was nice. The only issues were:
1- Lower floor was very damp
2- Lower floor. Floor was buckled and could be a trip hazard
3- drain in lower floor bathroom was draining very slowly
4- Master bathroom toilet paper tissue holder screw is loose and need to be tightened.
5- many of the landscaping light were not working. It will
Be nice to have outside a little brighter
But, overal everything was good and we enjoyed the place

Good: Location, deck, front yard, good sized kitchen and living room. Close to the grocery and marina and other shops. Short walk to basketball court and dumpster. Fun fire pit. 3 full bathrooms.
Not as good: Could not find the AC so it was quite warm on the main floor. Maybe our fault but we searched and didn’t find the thermostat. No hand soap. Why? No trash bags or cleaning supplies except small dish soap bottle and 2 dish detergent tablets. No garbage disposal. Basement floor very warped and should consider replacing. Ping pong table even more warped. Air hockey table seems not to work properly.
Overall: 4/5. We could live with the temp inside as the great outdoor space made it easier to spend time outside. I would suggest staying but you will have to provide all toiletries and cleaning supplies unlike many other rentals I have stayed in in the past. Owner may want to point out Thermostat. If you’re there to spend most of your time outside this will be a great location.
