Struttura abbastanza fuori dalla città. Ma ben collegata con i trasporti pubblici c’è la fermata del Tra a circa 100 metri. Noi eravamo in moto e il proprietario ci ha fatto parcheggiare la moto all’interno del giardino.

Top Lage direkt an der Bahn, die regelmäßig fährt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude.
Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen ist noch Luft nach oben. Tür im Bad lässt sich nicht abschließen und ist leicht verzogen. Licht im Bad flackert Steckdosen am Bett nur auf einer Seite. Die Fenster waren undicht. Alles in allem aber dennoch gut.

Хорошее расположение, до остановки трамвая 3-4 минуты, парковка под домом, чисто, большой метраж. Беседкой не пользовались, выглядит очень уютно. Есть чайник, мини кофе-машинка.
Отсутствие возможности стирки, да и плита не помешала бы.

Miejsce na peryferiach z bardzo dobrą komunikacją na Stare miasto.Dojazd około 20/25 minut.Cicha willowa dzielnica. Samochód zaparkowałem bez problemu w bezpłatnej strefie na ulicy.Mieszkanie a właściwie pokój z łazienką w dobrym standardzie. Czysto klimatyzacja sprawna,ale wyłączana na noc centralnie.Miejsce relaksu ok z darmową wodą w lodówce. Jeżeli będę ponownie w Pradze to rozważę to miejsce na noclegi.
Zasieki żeby się zameldować. Mnóstwo formalności, których właściciel nie jest w stanie zweryfikować. Schody kręte bez poręczy na drugie piętro że strzałem w głowę w gratisie. Przy wzroście 190 cm proszę schylać głowę. Ewentualnie polecam kask rowerowy
