location, comfortable, easy go to Avignon and beautiful villages around.

Studio has all commodities, ideal for a couple. comfortable bed and A/C which is excellent in this hot summer time. Rosseline, the owner lives in the house and studio is in the garden. Rosseline serves delicious breakfast with fresh bred (different types). She is there to help with any request.

Manque de propreté j’ai du demander a faire changer les draps car cela n’avait pas été fait après le locataire précédent. Le frigo et le micro ondes n’avaient pas été nettoyés.

L'emplacement est très calme, le parking privatif est parfait, l'intimité est respectée, le logement est très bien pensé. Presence de 2 petits chats trop mignons et très câlins surtout le petit roux 🥰

Je suis un peu déçue par rapport à notre 1ere venue il y a 2 ans. Nous avions eu un peu plus de communication avec l'hôtesse et nous avions eu un gourmand petit déjeuner qui nous attendait sur le pas de la porte au petit matin. Dommage, car du coup je n'avais rien prévu. Heureusement le café thé est à disposition dans le logement

Très bien sauf le problème pour y accéder !

L'organisation fonctionnelle du studio. Tout est bien pensé, agréable et confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. A recommander.

La signalisation pour accéder au site. L'adresse proposée sur Waze me renvoyait sur un autre endroit. La même adresse sur Mappy idem ! J'ai vraiment galéré pour trouver. Finalement la propriétaire du gîte m'a guidé par téléphone.

Je n'y retournerai pas, c'est sûr!

Un gros coup de cœur pour la jeune fille de l'hôte qui m'a reçu et remise les clefs du studio. En ce qui concerne l'hôte, nous avons seulement échangés par téléphone, je ne l'ai vu ni à mon arrivée ni à mon départ. La terrasse/parking devant le studio laisse à désirer au niveau rangement. Il y a des tables à l'extérieur mais elles étaient toutes pleines de poussières, impossible de pouvoir se poser après une grosse journée de travail. Les photos sur le site ne reflètent pas la réalité du logement malheureusement.

Pas d’accueil, logement non entretenu, les sols étaient sales, le jardin en désordre , de la poussière en quantité sur les meubles, machine à café, la douche sale, l’équipement dès plus succinct…

Pas de petit déjeuner, loin des commerces et de la ville.

Propreté limite, lunette des toilettes désolidarisée, un couteau pour deux, lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas, capsule de café sèche dans la cafetière, eau stagnante dans la bouilloire, pas de wifi ni télévision pour le prix.

Très bon séjour, je recommande !

L’accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte, le calme, le lit était très confortable, le petit coin cuisine avec la machine à café (indispensable pour moi), la douche très agréable, la facilité pour stationner le véhicule.

Il manque juste une petite télévision sinon tout était parfait.
