This 18th century house is located in a rural enclave in Galicia, in the province of Pontevedra, in the municipality of Creciente, 5 km from the Portuguese border. In this villa stands out the landscape, the tranquility and its geographical location, surrounded by spas, monuments, golf courses and great gastronomy of Galicia with its festivals and berbenas and close to Portugal where you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
The house has two floors and 160m² of surface area. The ground floor has a large living-dining room with lots of natural light, two double sofas, coffee table, dining table with chairs, fireplace, Plasma TV. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, table with stools, microwave, coffee machine, kitchenware. Toilet with shower. This floor has several accesses to the garden. Upstairs, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds, all bedrooms equipped with wardrobes, have windows with views. A complete bathroom with bathtub. Balcony with views. This floor also has access to the garden. The whole house has heating.
To access the house, there is an asphalted road, which arrives at the door of the house. A bag of charcoal and a basket of firewood are available for free use. There is also a travel cot for small children.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, canopy with lighting and sockets, barbecue, own swimming pool and sunbeds. The plot is individual, fenced, so it is perfect also for children and dogs. There is a large outdoor area with lawn. Private parking inside and outside the plot.
The river is about 10 minutes drive away. The centre of the village, where there are restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife, is about 15 minutes away (La Cañiza), (Ribadabia), (Creciente), (Cortegada). The emblematic beaches of Galicia are about 45 minutes away and the possibility of taking a boat to visit the Cies Islands, National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia created in 2002.
In February 2007 the newspaper "the Guardian" chose the beach of Rodas as "the best beach in the world". The capital of Galicia, Santiago de Compostela, is approximately one and a half hours away. The ancient city has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985. Around the centre of power represented by the archbishop of Santiago and its physical representation, the Cathedral. The Way of St. James has marked the evolution of the city ever since.
