Fully equipped studio for 2 or with an extra room (60 m2- 642 sq2 total), for up to 4 people. You benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the islands equipped with a living room and an outdoor table. An amazing infinity pool with its terrace and deckchairs reserved only for our guests, with an equally incredible view!

The studio has a large leather couch that easily transforms into a very comfortable 160-cm bed. It is equipped with 55-inch flatscreen television, as well as a DVD player and a mini stereo system. The studio has a well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hotplates, oven, microwave, washer-dryer) and all cooking utensils and necessary electrical appliances for your meals and comfort.

The studio also has a bathroom with a shower and storage cupboards.

If you prefer to take your meals inside, a dining table is also integrated.

The bedroom comprises a second 160-cm bed, a second bathroom with a shower, large storage spaces, and a desk from which you can contemplate the sea. The room’s French window joins your terrace and its panoramic view.

The terrace is equipped with an electric barbecue for enjoying meals outdoors.

A large infinity pool, set in lush greenery and overlooking the villa, is exclusively reserved for guests. While not heated, the mild climate here ensures most of the year’s weather is suitable for swimming. Relax on the deckchairs, soak up the sun, and take in the serene surroundings and spectacular views.

For added space and comfort, you can rent the extra room along with the studio, which can serve as a living area or bedroom for two guests—simply book as if for four people.
