A localização eh exatamente, perto de tudo mesmo, a casa eh grande e arejada, a cama era boa, os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos e cheirosos.

Não aconteceu o check-in no horário previsto, cheguei lá e não tinha ninguém para me receber, consegui entrar quase duas horas depois(já tinha até recebido o voucher para outra acomodação), enquanto isto fiquei na rua e perdi coisas do trabalho. Faltam alguns utensílios básicos como: Escorredor de arroz/macarrao, abridor de garrafa, concha para feijão, pano de prato, frigideira maior. 3 panelas e muito ruins… Eu estava sozinha e me virei, fico pensando 4 pessoas tendo que comer e cozinhar lá… Pensando com carinho e um pouco de lógica, creio que faz sentido deixar alguns temperos de apoio, como sal (imagina eu comprando 1kg de sal para passar 6 dias lá? Também senti falta de um pano de chão pois a pia estava vazando.

Location. Extremely good, near all the main offices, restaurants and attractions. Easy to reach with uber, taxi, foot. Price. Very convenient price, around half of other places in the vicinity. Kitchen. The kitchen, fridge, sink were perfectly working, with soap and everything in order. Also the TV is working fine.

Cleanliness. It was very very dirty. Not dirty because of previous guests, but dirty as it hadn't been cleaned for months. Curtains, walls, windows, wardrobe, everything was in very bad cleaning conditions. As we entered, we spent 1-2 hours cleaning the apartment. AC and keys. In the apartment we found only one working AC remote, and one set of keys for us four guests. It's possible to exit the apartment only with the keys. This made the process of every single person entering and exiting the apartment very long and complicated. Bed. The bed is very simple, with no bed head, no side tables, no power outlets. While not ideal, it's ok to sleep. Bathroom. The bathroom is badly renovated, every installation is extremely low-cost, and there is no space for toiletries. Ah and the sink was clogged.
