Great breakfast but need some food warmer. Close to the airport good for layover stay. Excellent customer service.

Location was close to Ho Chi Minh airport which is useful for a stopover. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilitated a smooth check in.
The room was dated and dirty. There was a used tissue and ear bud cleaner found beside the bedside locker. There was also mould around the bathroom sink and bathroom window didn’t close properly so it was possible for small creatures to climb in.
Bed linen was clean but overall felt the cleaning staff let this hotel down badly as reception and security were very friendly and helpful.
