I like the friendliness of the owners/hosts. The unlimited breakfast and local Thai desserts for breakfast were very lovely. Those desserts are hard to find, let alone they tasted super good. The room is clean and quiet (good sound proof). We were there during Songkran festival and closeby was the event, but the noise that got into the room was minimal.

Kind owners in a safe and silent neighborhood. Parking on their premises is possible. Downtown just a few steps. Thay and continental breakfast available. For a stop over fully fine.
Nothing to complain about. If you don't speak Thai, communication is limited but for us it worked well.

The room size, private car park and hotel’s location. And there’re only 5 rooms, nice number to accommodate up to 10 people group.
