The caretaker is very accommodating.

It has a decent pool. I dont think many resorts in the area offer pool
It has no beach front. There were 2 listings in booking. I opted to book the more expensive listing assuming it has private beach. Sad it doesnt have one and the beach closest to the property is a bit stony. The pool was maximized instead. The kuya who tales care of the property was very friendly. The stay was relatively nice.
