Could be better but an affordable option

Good price, great location. Big room

The ilumination on the room was terrible. It felt gloomy. The mini fridge did not work. The bed was comfy, but the rest of the furniture was uncomfortable. There was a weird smsll coming out from the bathroom

I would have liked a view, however since I didn't spend that much time in the room I was ok and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay here again

The place is in a good location and the staff were very nice and helpful.

There are no windows in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work. I asked on two days about it, but it still was not working when I checked out. There were no windows to open and it made the room quite hot a stuffy.

Overall a good place, bit has a few disappointments

The place is good, however there's a certain problems which you dont't expect from 4-star hotel definitely. Suite room is comfortable, big and clean. Safe, Air conditioner, microwave and fridge are working, stuff are friendly, however not all of them are speaking english.

Wrote this things so the place could improve itself. - breakfast is very very poor. I can say I never seen so poor breakfast even in 2 star hotels. Can't imagine how hotel could mark itself with 4 stars and provide such a meal. The menu is same for every day without even little changes. The diversity is just not exist, you only have fried eggs and that's it. If you are vegetarian as am I - you will be disappointed since they add meat in it. Means you not eat it. If you are not - you will be disappointed because is taste like a crap and eggs shells is inside every piece. - The rooms doesnt have windows to open for fresh air. The only way to have it - use air conditioner. - Stuff usually have no idea if you are leaving today or in 1 week. The cleaner woman knocked on the door 2 days in a row asking if I am leaving today despite the fact I had booking for week more. In the breakfast they check your room, and our room was not on the list. Still a good place, just have those thing in mind.

Comfortable place to stay if you're in/around Balderas

They accepted last minute booking and let me know how to use my booking app to get preferred rate. The room was comfy and the beds were okay. Staff was really helpful and brought extra water bottles without charge. Staff and room was nice.

Be careful when you enter, there is an elevation from doorway to room with raised floor. Almost tripped on it. One of the sheets had a coffee stain on the corner but no biggie, I'll definitely stay here again!

Location is PERFECT, Reception speaks in English too, big room, big beds !!!

Some dust garbage stayed behind the entrance door for 5 days. We noticed that only bed sheats were arrenged daily, but cleaning floor is a meter of a weeks :(

perfect hotel. value for money. incredible location

Everything, especially the location. couldn’t get anymore convenient. mall across the street. metro bus and subway across the street also. really great facility.

they serve the exact same breakfast every single morning which was annoying. all the staff was pleasant except a girl who worked the early morning shift. one night for a few hours the WiFi went down but I believe it was a neighborhood problem and beyond the hotels control

The bed was fine. Staff was very helpful.

Walls are thin. You can hear people in the next room and on the hallway. The telephone in the rooms don't work, so I was unable to contact reception. Only one lift works when going up to the rooms. The room I stayed in looked very run down. The walls could do with a thorough cleaning or a new layer of paint.

it was close to where we had to go

the room was not well proportioned meaning beds (they say queen) they where 2 double beds the tv on the wall could see very well from one bed we were (3) no where to hang your towels. to go to the bathroom the door was on the wrong side no room to get in weird. the shower the same In total it was just to sleep for the price I guess ok

Staff workers at reception

- rooms had no real window: just a shiny plastic. - no air to breathe at all. Even no ventilation holes. How are they allowed to work I don't know. - They don't check in before 3pm even if they have rooms ready. I'm sure it's a managments decision. - they say they can't change reservation dates, but they don't want to. I've lost 120 USD on that.

Excellent comfortable place to stay!

Kind stuff support, good and easy to find location, relaxing and comfortable space. Building is not brand new, but enough clean and well organised.

Air conditioning is not very effective, take time to cool down; maybe room is too big of AC set.
