Excellent location. Staff fantastic. Food good and plentiful. Solar powered but excellent WiFi. Hot water by arrangement with staff. It takes about 20 minutes to fill the reservoir for the shower but remember that this is in the middle of nowhere! We visited in the rainy season and it can get muddy so we were lucky that they upgraded us to a unit on a platform which was luxurious.
Nothing major. This is a tented camp in the wilderness not a central London hotel!

The location is close to the central area of Seronera in Serengeti so we were in the middle of it all while self driving. Food was excellent and the staff was always helpful and attentive. Good place to see and hear animals close by, at night lions were roaring and during the day giraffes and gazelles were common near the camp.
Lights in the room could be brighter. Wifi was available only in the dining area.

Accomodation in the middle of the bush. Lions around our tent
The food, few vegetarian options and we requested a vegetarian lunchbox but got a meat pasta. Lot of miscommunication with the one in charge, which was very annoying.
